The ziti is doing just what I thought it would….acting like comfort food! It is really delicious, spiced exactly the right amount and is, as I usually find, enough for another meal. AND….I was a good girl, ate all my salad first and added a handful of additional greens to it for a bigger salad…NOW ON TO THAT DELICIOUS (as I know from past experience) lemon mascarpone cake!

On another note, I’ve eaten a lot of pork chop dinners in some pretty good restaurants around this country, but the meal you cooked on Thursday was absolutely the best beyond question!

well, I confess, I ate dessert first! That lemon crème pie on graham cracker crust was incredibly wonderful! And dinner is, as always, enough for TWO meals….chicken so juicy on a bed of rice with apple, walnuts (I think) and cranberries and apple juice for more moisture and juciness…omg Ginger you’ve done it again…..LOVE it all and I will love the second portion tomorrow as well!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!
